New Ginger Trivia (Trivia)
The Haruno district of Kochi Prefecture is particularly famous for producing new ginger, and the harvest takes place in a relay across various production areas within Kochi Prefecture between March and September.
Therefore, our new ginger hotpot will only be available for a limited time until September.
The production areas are Kochi, Kumamoto, and Chiba prefectures, accounting for 60% of the country's total shipping volume.
